Tempe DRC Advances 272 Unit Apartment Plan at the SWC of Apache and McClintock
January 30, 2024 KB DEVCO is planning Apache Square, a 272-unit apartment complex on 1.95 acres at 1747 E. Apache Blvd. The proposal calls for 99 studios, 96 one-bedroom, 63 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom units, along with 4.5KSF of ground floor retail and a parking garage. |

The sale was for a two tenant retail building with Jiffy Lube and Desert Foothills Car Wash as the tenants. The winning bidder paid just over $700,000 for the investment. The buyer plans to work with the tenants in correcting their rents to a rate more inline with the market and holding the asset until the market improves. |
